The tsar's croutons
Instructions
The doses are for 36 canapés per color.
Cut out with a drop-shaped cutters, width of about 4 cm, 36 from black bread croutons and the bread.
The toasted crostini of white bread in the oven at 190 degrees for about 2 minutes.
Cut with cutters to drop previous smaller (about 3 cm), drops by 36 slices of salmon.
Put in a bowl the butter, chopped and soft, with a wooden spoon, mix until it reaches the density of a cream.
Place the salmon on the toasts topped with drops of black bread.
Heaped up a bit of caviar in the center of the toasts topped with white.
Put the cream and butter in a greaseproof paper funnel with a small hole on the bottom and pressing it, make out a filino decorating with it the outline of canapes.

- 2 bottles of sliced wholemeal bread
- 18 slices bread
- 80 g of sliced smoked salmon in foil
- 50 g of russian pasteurized caviar
- 50 g of butter
