Anchovy crostini
Instructions
Have been boned anchovies, cut them in half and cut the fillets into two parts.
Cut in half the bread slices and spread them with butter; on each half slice of bread put a slice of mozzarella, some piece of tomato, a piece of anchovy and seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano.
Place croutons in oven and let Cook until the mozzarella has melted.

- 80 g of butter
- 8 slices bread
- 2 mozzarella
- 4 anchovies
- 2 tomatoes
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
