Instructions

Cut the polenta into rectangles to be placed on a baking sheet just greased with butter.

On each piece put a slice of fontina cheese, a bit of butter and sprinkle with paprika.

Move very quickly in a hot oven and, before serving, Garnish each toast with a walnut kernel.
