Tuna Crostini (Crostini di Tonno)
Instructions
Drain the oil from the tuna; sbriciolatelo and reach into or in a bowl.
Finely slice the shallots.
Divide into two half lemon, cut into very thin slices and squeeze.
Add scallions, tuna slices of lemon and the juice is passed into the colander, four tablespoons of olive oil.
Stir gently, add the peeled tomatoes, semi private and cut into cubes, a few leaves of Basil.
Cut the bread into slices, tostatele and distributed over tuna mixture.

- Salt
