Crostini marinari
Instructions
Clean and wash the squid, shelled shrimp and chop coarsely.
Mix with the egg, add the garlic and a sprig of parsley, 2 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs.
Season with oil, salt and pepper.
Cut into diagonal slices of bread and put a generous layer of dough.
Put in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for a quarter of an hour.
Withdrawn and serve immediately.
