Mountaineers crostini with speck and custard apple
Instructions
Take a bit of Horseradish root of about five centimeters, clean and grattugiatela.
Peel the Apple and chop finely.
Together the one and the other in a bowl, stir and mix by spraying a little lemon juice.
Pour 1/2 glass of yoghurt and stir again carefully.
Add half a cup of cream to the mixture.
Adjust salt and pepper.

- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cup of nonfat yogurt
- Lemon
- Cream
