Instructions
The slices of bread and spread them slightly arrostitele, when they are still hot, with butter on one side only, prepared a beat with the onion, cook it in a piece of butter, along with a little ginger, chopped fine, add peeled and chopped and simmer until you have formed a very dense sauce, which will join at the end a SIP of milk.
Remove from heat and, after a while, add the egg yolk, working fine.
Spread the mixture on each slice of bread already prepared on the plate.
