Spinach and scallop toast
Instructions
Remove the coral to scallops warm soapy water and rinse.
Take a pan, add butter the piece of onion, then bake the scallops about 1 minute per side.
Add the coral and stir.
Remove scallops from heat and thickly.
Put in frying pan bit of hot pepper and spinach.
Let them taste and correct seasoning.
Remove the crust from the bread slices and cut them diagonally.
Spread over each half a bit of spinach and a slice of capesanta.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and place in oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.

- 250 g of clean scallops
- 40 g of butter
- 1 bit of onion
- 1 bit of chili
- 300 g of stir-fried spinach
- 8 slices bread
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
