Instructions

Cut a slice of bread 2 cm thick, drill a hole in the Center with your fingers and place on plate or on a hot pot.

Break the egg and pour it inside the hole.

Allow it to Cook, add salt, turning with a spatula, spread over of gorgonzola cheese and let melt.

The egg should still be soft.
