Toast with Mushrooms (Crostoni Ai Funghi)
Instructions
Dissolve 70 g of butter, Add flour and Cook, stirring, until lightly golden.
Combine the mushrooms, stir, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Heat a little oil, fry the bread slices and arrange them on a platter to keep warm.
Sprinkle mushrooms with 10 cl of wine and evaporate, remove from heat and stir in the egg yolks.
Distribute the mushrooms over the bread and serve immediately.

- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1/2 lemon
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- 2 egg yolks
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- Olive oil
