Toast with shrimp
Instructions
Mix the cheese with chopped herbs, leaving aside some parsley, and with ground pepper and a pinch of salt.
Heat Pan 30 g butter with the garlic, insaporirvi shrimp, sprinkle with wine, salt and pepper, spice with paprika and parsley and evaporated wine, remove from heat.

Se use frozen ones burned just enough in a little boiling water and then Sauté in pan, already off focus, having proceeded as above.
-I found that in doing so the shrimp do not reduce to lowest terms, keep the flavor and meaty-remain).
Toast the bread without crust (if you use stale bread you can leave), 4 slices spread with cheese mixture, cover with the other 4, veiling the edges with remaining cream (you can also do so at first bite cheese overflows and you get the same effect).
Divide the shrimp toast and serve.

- 1 sprig of marjoram
- 14 leaves basil
- 2 leaves sage
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of robiola cheese
