Toast to mozzarella (2)
Instructions
Put the bread on the oven lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Emulsified with oil and vinegar and spray them on bread.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and mix in the chopped anchovies and capers.
Place the mixture over the bread and let it Brown for a few minutes in hot oven.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 125 g of mozzarella
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of capers
