Toast with cream cheese
Instructions
Slice the bread and pass in the oven for five minutes.
Meanwhile, using a mixer, blend together the leaves of Arugula previously washed and dried with paper towels, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.
Stir for Benin with a tablespoon and spread the mixture on slices of crusty bread.
You can enjoy it as antipastino with an aperitif.

- 6 slices of bread
- 250 g of cream cheese (robiola cheese)
- 50 g of rocket salad leaves
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
