Slices of apricots
Instructions
Remove the bread crust and then Brown the slices in butter.
Arrange on a serving platter without accavallarle.
Sprinkle with the Marsala.
Spread them with marmalade.
At the center of each slice, place the apricots in syrup and shells at the top of the window of each slide two almonds.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 slices of stale bread
- 100 g of butter
- 8 apricot halves in syrup
- 1 jar of apricot jam
- 16 shelled almonds
- Marsala wine
