Brain slices au gratin
Instructions
Scalded the brains in a pot with boiling water, drain and peel and core of filaments.
In a saucepan bring to a boil half a litre of salt water, immerse the brains and cook for about 10 minutes to light boil.

Sprinkle the slices with the grated cheese, place on oven tray lined with aluminum foil and let them Cook under the grill for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
When they are well browned, remove them from the oven, sprinkle them with a little sweet paprika and serve.
