Instructions

Clean the anchovies, remove head, wash them and dry them.

Slice the garlic.

In a broad-edged Pan put oil, water, garlic, a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper.

Let simmer until the liquid is slightly reduced.

Add the anchovies and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.

Drain the cooking, arrange them on the serving dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
