Stuffed vegetables
Instructions
Wash and peel the celery, eliminating any filaments and keeping only the more tender leaves; dry it well.
Wash the cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise and digging you slightly, so as to eliminate the whole part with small seeds.
In a bowl, mix with a fork the gorgonzola and ricotta, until you get a homogeneous mixture, add salt and pepper.
Divide the mixture into two parts; part add the gherkins and the mushrooms; to another the Parmesan.
Split the only cheese stuffed in celery, completing with the chopped almonds; Instead the cucumbers filled with another compound, complete with olive paste.
Keep in a cool place order when serving.

- 4 stems of very tender white celery
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- 200 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 100 g of ricotta
- 50 g of mushrooms in olive oil
- 50 g of pickles
- 1 tablespoon of olive paste
- 1 tablespoon of almond grains
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- White pepper
