Pear crumble
Instructions
Arrange on bottom of a buttered baking dish Peel pears and cut into wedges.
Crumble the softened butter and put it in a bowl with the sugar and egg yolks.
Mount along with a wooden spoon, then pour in one fell swoop the flour and amaretti crumbs.
Stir until you have a crumbly dough.
Distribute the dough on pears and cook in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

- 80 g of flour
- 40 g of amaretti biscuits
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g of sugar
