It grinds the meat, fat, in the amount that you want.

Then starts to Brown in a cast iron pan for five or ten minutes, until it becomes Brown.

Aromas are added to an extent appropriate to the quantity of meat is used.

Do you cook the whole thing again for five minutes; so after salted and peppered, pours the mixture still warm in earthenware pots, (•) are kept in cool.

When you want to use this condiment, if you take two or three spoonfuls, depending on the number of persons, and add a mixture of butter, onions and garlic, previously prepared.
