Pan seared heart
Instructions
Cut the heart into thin slices and coat both sides with mustard.
Pass the slices in breadcrumbs press down well.
Brush on with melted butter and cook on very hot grill about 3 minutes per side.
Add salt, pepper and serve immediately.

- 600 g of veal heart
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 50 g of melted butter
- Breadcrumbs
