The heart of cream cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl mix the mascarpone with a wooden spoon, then crumbled ricotta cream.
, robiola cheese, cream and mix the mixture until you have a swollen and light cream.
Lined with a gauze cloth off a heart-shaped pan, pour in the cream cheese and place in refrigerator for at least eight hours.
Peel, wash and dry the strawberries, it should be kept in the lower part of the refrigerator.
When serving put the heart on a serving platter, decorate with strawberries arranged in neatly all around and on the surface.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
