The heart of veal with mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and put them to cook in a pan with butter, salt and pepper.
Cut the heart the 4 pieces.
In a pan melt a bit of butter and a slice of bacon; and then add the heart and cut carrots into slices, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring often, add the flour and mushrooms with their cooking juice.
FRY and bathed with half a glass of white wine.

- 500 g of veal heart
- 200 g of mushrooms
- Butter
- Lard
- 2 carrots
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
