Mint cheese dome
Instructions
Processed cheese with oil enough to reduce a cream, add salt and pepper to taste.
Whip the cream and add to the mixture gently.
Put the cream on a serving dish, giving it the shape of a dome; Garnish with mint leaves, served with toasted bread slices or celery sticks.

- Some leaves of mint
