Ham and cheese bowl
Instructions
Place the mascarpone in a bowl and then mix them with gorgonzola, working with the back of a spoon.
Salt the mixture.
Passed to spinach and mix with electric mixer, in a second Bowl, with goats.
Add also this compound with a pinch of salt and aromatizzatelo with a splash of Worcester.
Peel a PEAR of medium thickness and cut it into thin slices.
Fully lined a mold from zuccotto (22 cm diameter) with slices of ham, leaving her spill.
Fill it with half of the mixture and gorgonzola, forming layers, with one-third of the PEAR slices, half of the spinach mixture, the remaining PEAR gorgonzola mixture, the latest fruit slices and the remaining spinach cheese.
Good level, then cover with excess ham slices, folded towards the inside of the mold and close it with plastic wrap.
Passed in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or even better overnight and then remove the mold, put the Bowl on a serving platter and serve immediately, decorating as you wish: we used half cucumber slices, but will fit even sliced carrots or tomato segments.
If desired, accompanied the bread toasts topped with a cupola.

- 350 g of goat cheeses
- 250 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 150 g of sliced cooked ham
- 100 g of spinach boiled and drained
- 1 pera
- Spray 1 of worcester sauce
- Salt
