Instructions
Put in a bottle or a jar 100 g of alcohol and the yellow part of the Peel oranges, cut into strips, so that the skins are well packed.
Close and leave for 20-25 days.
After this time, put in a casserole 50 g sugar with very little water and let it caramelize.
In another saucepan, put 200 g sugar 300 g of water; When it boils add the caramel and let cool.
Separate with a sieve the skins from the alcohol, then add other 200 g of alcohol, the syrup and mix everything.
Bottle.
