Brain appetizers
Instructions
Boil your brains out in the water as usual, with the bouquet of aromas and salt.
Remove the skin, let it cool down between two plates, putting over the plate that has a weight, and then cut it into slices that you will put on a tray, accavallandole a little over each other.
Cover all of mayonnaise, you appended to three tablespoons of unsweetened whipped cream.

- 1 calf's brain
- 1 bunch of odors
- Salt
- Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of unsweetened whipped cream
