Fried cheese cubes
Instructions
Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in white wine.
Divide the yolk from the egg white and mix it to the mixture, add salt and let stand for about 30 minutes.
Cut the cheese into cubes approximately 2 cm from the side.
In a bowl beat the egg whites very white with sugar, and then embed the dough.
Pass the cheese cubes in the batter and FRY in a skillet or deep Fryer with hot oil (180 degrees) for a few minutes, so that they are puffed and golden.
Remove from pan with a skimmer and let them drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
Serve very hot.

- 75 g of flour
- 12 cl of white wine
- 1 egg
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 300 g of appenzell cheese
- Frying oil
