Wash and dry the aubergines, cut into fairly large cubes.
Put them in a bowl covered with water and salt and leave them like this for an hour.
Then, draw them up and spremetele, put them in a pan with oil and FRY 5 minutes.
Put in a clean skillet a little oil, 1 clove of garlic and add the Eggplant by combining the sugar and vinegar.
Please warm up the whole stirring gracefully.
