Instructions
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, cheese and tomato sauce, then pour into a pan of 25 cm in diameter with heated olive oil over medium heat.
Lower the heat slightly and simmer for about 10 minutes, making sure that the bottom does not darken too.
Slide the frittata onto a plate, reflect and put it back into the pan.
Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, then place the omelette onto a plate to cool.
Cut it into cubes of 2 cm.
Slice the sausages after they are blanched for a few minutes and also prepared the cheese, olives and other decorations that you have chosen.
Thread each piece of decoration in a wooden toothpick and then add the tortilla dadone.
