Stuffed Dates (Datteri Ripieni)
Instructions
Divide into quarters the kernels.
Cut the orange peel into strips 4 mm wide and long as a date.
Record the dates lengthwise, snocciolarli and put a piece of kernel in place of Hazel, then place over a fillet of zest for dates.
Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie and let it cool.
The dates are typically only halfway and rest them on baking paper to dry chocolate.
Are a fine accompaniment for the midnight toast.

- 24 dates
- 8 walnut kernels
- 1/2 candied orange zest
- 80 g of chocolate
