Instructions
Clean the baby octopus, remove their internal and external cuticles and wash them thoroughly.
In a skillet heat the oil, then add slightly crushed garlic and let it Brown.
Add the baby octopus, well dried, let them cook for 2 minutes, moisten with the wine and let it evaporate into focus.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
When serving, sprinkle the baby octopus with parsley and add a pinch of chili powder directly into the pot of each diner.
