Instructions
Cut the mullet very thin slices and place in a serving dish.
Cover flush with oil extra virgin olive oil and let it sit for a few hours.
When serving, remove excess oil and, if you like, accompany the preparation with lemon juice and a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper.
