Apple delight
Instructions
Amaretti, bread mix, marsala, egg and coffee and rest.
Add grated apples, raisins soaked, cocoa, honey and grated.
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with buttered foil and bake in hot oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour and a half.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1000 g of apples renette
- 200 g of soft amaretti biscuits
- 20 g of grated bread crumbs
- 1 dram of dry marsala wine
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
- 30 g of sultanas
- 2 tablespoons of acacia honey
- Lemon zest
- Butter
