Cheese delight
Instructions
Put into a bowl the ricotta cheese, egg yolks and sugar and mix very well with a wooden spoon.
Add two cups of Grand Marnier and add a spoon of Marsala.
When you get a well blended and smooth, add the cream that you previously installed.
A rectangular Pan lined with a cloth soaked in cold water and squeezed (or with a sheet of baking paper).
Put the mixture by arranging the whole thing perfectly.
Put the Pan in the refrigerator for about three and a half hours.
After this time turn the whole thing on a serving dish and cover your cake with plenty of whipped cream.
Remember to turn out the preparation only a few moments before serving.
It's a very delicate sweet and excellent taste.

- 350 g of ricotta
- 200 g of cream
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of grand marnier
- 1 tablespoon of marsala wine
