Instructions
Gut and scale the cod, wash it and dry it.
Then put it in a bowl with 1 2 Bay leaves, parsley, basil, Sage, salt and peppercorns.
Sprinkle the fish with the olive oil and leave it in the marinade for 2 hours.
Then leave it to drain, remove the herbs, place in large saucepan 1, wet with the oil in the marinade, add the white wine.
Add salt, pepper and pass it in a hot oven for about 35 minutes, flooding often with cooking sauce.

- 1 cod of 1000 g
- Olive oil

- 2 leaves of laurel
- Sage
- Basil
- 1 glass white wine
