Red snapper with herbs in the microwave
Instructions
Rinse fish under cold water, Pat dry with paper towels and put them aside.
Wash the herbs, remove Rosemary needles and chop everything together in the mixer.
Add the chopped the breadcrumbs and dilute the mixture with 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture is thick and smooth.
Filled with the mixture the Snappers and resew the opening on the abdomen with the thread.
Drain the onions and place in an ovenproof dish.
Arrange the fish on a bed of onions, pour on each tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, add salt and pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium power.
Grill 3-5 minutes and serve at once, piping hot, having scented with a rub of nutmeg.

- 2 snapper of 500 g already cleaned
- 250 g of sweet and sour onions
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 sprig of sage
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 7 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
