Red snapper with olives
Instructions
Clean the fish, wash it, dry it, flour and roast it in a saucepan with oil; Add the crushed garlic, Rosemary, Bay leaves and cook basting with wine and add the pitted olives.
Serve the cod with the cooking sauce and surrounded by olive trees.

- 1 cod of 1000 g
- 250 g of black olives
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 leaf of laurel
