Clean and split fillets sardines; lay them on the orange peel and grated lemon zest, salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little flour and sauté.
Serve the sardines and, in the same pan, pour the juice of 1/2 Orange and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Cook for 1 minute and serve on sardines.
