Instructions
Clean and wash the fish, season with salt, pepper and a knob of butter.
Spread on the table in aluminum foil, place half a tablespoon of capers and a half of chopped parsley, salt, pepper and butter flakes.
Sprinkle over the cod, cover it with an equal amount of capers, parsley, salt, pepper and butter flakes.
Close the bag and cook in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Baked, place the foil on the serving dish and open it when serving.
