Cleaning and gutting the snapper.
Put in the stomach of the fish a bit of garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
Place the snapper in a pan greased already, pour over the oil and vinegar, sprinkle the pretzels and place in hot oven.
From time to time collect on the bottom of the Pan and pour the sauce on the fish so that it doesn't dry out too.
