An appetizer of celery, walnuts and cheese
Instructions
Carefully Peel the celery by removing the bottom leaves and tough strands of the ribs, then wash it and cut it into slices not too thin.
Shelled nuts trying not to break, divide in half the kernels and put them in a salad bowl with celery.
Add the fontina cheese, cut into small cubes and turn all the ingredients carefully.
In a bowl place the chopped blue cheese with the tip of a knife, add the milk, using a fork, mix in mode to obtain a soft sauce.
Pour the sauce over the salad, seasoned with a little salt, freshly ground pepper and plenty of oil, turn well.
Do lightly toast slices of bread, cut into triangles and place them in a basket covered with a light cloth to keep them warm.
The appetizer served with croutons.

- 2 very tender white celery
- 250 g of nuts
- 400 g of fontina cheese
- 100 g of sweet very creamy gorgonzola cheese
- 10 tablespoons of milk
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 24 slices of bread
