Sturgeon and salmon appetizer
Instructions
Cut into strips and thin the sturgeon and salmon, arrange them in 2 small tubs and seasoning them with oil, vinegar and a pinch of pepper.
Do not add salt.
Serve with toasted bread accompanying at the time.

- 120 g of slices of smoked or boiled sturgeon
- 120 g of thin slices of smoked salmon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Grilled bread
- Pepper
