Instructions
Soften the leaves of gelatine, strizzateli and scioglieteli in lemon juice heated.
In a bowl mix the ricotta with cream and sugar, add the gelatin and the berries, leaving aside a few for decoration.
Place cookies (except four) on the bottom of a rectangular mold, pour over the mixture and sprinkle the surface with the advanced crumbled biscuits.
Keep in freezer 5 hours.
Put on a plate, garnish with whole berries and serve.

- 250 g of ricotta

- 150 g of cream
