Chocolate dessert
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in the milk.
In a bowl beat 4 eggs and 2 egg yolks with sugar and vanillin; combine the milk and chocolate filtered; pour everything into a mold with butter and cook in the oven at 180° c in a water bath, for about an hour and a half.
Turn out and serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 2 glasses of milk
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- Butter for the mould
