Brown dessert
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the chopped chocolate into small pieces with 10 cups of water over low heat.
Then heat in a Bain-Marie the chestnut cream, add sugar a little at a time, chocolate, vanilla and butter cut into small pieces.
After well mixed pour in glass cups and leave in the fridge for about 3 hours.
Serve garnish as desired with candies or with whipped cream.

- 700 g of sweetened chestnut purée
- 120 g of butter
- 180 g of sugar and chocolate
- Vanillin
