Dessert of mascarpone
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the mascarpone cheese, 2 tablespoons of cognac and egg whites.
Keep in the refrigerator.
Melt over low heat, 4 tablespoons of jam with one of water.
Add a spoonful of cognac.
Serve the mascarpone cream with the jam so treated.

- 200 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of cognac
- 4 tablespoons of cherry jam
