Instructions
Wash the tomatoes, Peel, slice them up, put them in a circle on a serving platter; over each slice, but without covering it completely a place of mozzarella.
Seasoned with oil spilled, salt, pepper and scented with basil leaves.
Keep in a cool place.
Meanwhile toasted peppers, Peel, remove seeds and filaments, cut into lozenges and arrange over mozzarella.
Inside the circle put drained from tuna oil, garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.

- 2 salad tomatoes
- 200 g of canned tuna
- 1 mozzarella
- 2 red peppers
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
