Chocolate sweet
Instructions
Melt in a Bain-Marie chocolate Tablet combined with the butter.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks together with the sugar until a thick foam; fit the clear snow.
Combine yolks starch, chocolate and butter and gently, the clear mount.
Stir the mixture until it becomes homogeneous.
Bake on baking sheet (preferably lined with parchment paper) at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

- 3 eggs
- 200 g of chocolate
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of potato starch
- 130 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
