Pineapple dessert (Dolce All'ananas)
Instructions
Take a mold of 20 cm.
approximately in diameter, lined with aluminum foil with parchment paper and grease it.
In a bowl beat sugar and margarine, using a wooden spoon.
Stirring, then add the eggs one by one.
Between an egg, add a tablespoon of flour.
Sprinkle with the flour and baking powder mixture, made with eggs and margarine.
At the end add the raisins.
After the pineapple Smoothie stir the mixture to pasta.
Arrange pineapple and pasta in baking dish and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The sweet must become hard and golden.
Once cooked must remain in the pan for 10 minutes.
Remove from the Pan and let it cool down.
Eventually remove the paper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 125 g of polyunsaturated margarine
- 125 g of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of flour
- 1 3/4 envelope of baking powder
- 125 g of raisins of corinth
- 200 g of fresh pineapple
