Sweet anise
Instructions
Put the milk in saucepan with 4 tablespoons sugar, vanilla and stick a pinch of cinnamon then put it in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Beat the eggs and add the liqueur and, little by little, the filtered milk.
Caramelize sugar 50 g in a mould, pour the mixture of milk and eggs and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Cool and then pull out.

- 4 eggs
- 300 g of milk
- 2 tablespoons of aniseed liqueur
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 1 == Pto ground cinnamon
